If your system has a serious problem it may be necessary to restore it to its original factory settings.  If your computer needs to be restored we will

• Format computer (Data Backup service available)
• Reinstall your operating system
• Reinstall the programs that came with the computer
• Install system updates
• Test system for proper performance

The original discs that came with the computer or a recovery partition on the computer will be needed to perform the restore.
